Are pocket bikes street legal in the UK too? …Are power wheels street legal too? Seems like it would be easier to mount a power wheels body on a go cart and say its a car?

It would seem that the UK has easier rules for what constitutes a road worthy vehicle.

Here in the U.S., I could see this vehicle being loved by the Greens. It would be fun to watch the Greens complain that the Prius is to big to be on the same roads with this vehicle.
