		<description>The key car for Marchionne is the Insignia as it was developed from the Epsilon platform and it is &quot;US ready&quot; (it would have been a Saturn if things had gone to plan for GM) so was designed to pass US emmisions and crash test regulations &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The similar Fiat cars are not, so would need more development to become Chryslers. From the Insignia base Fiat could produce a range of small Chrysler Cars far quicker - Cars that would be attractive to say G6 owners (same base platform) when they want to trade-in in 2 or 3 years and no G6 exists</description>
