I'm a woman, and I love Top Gear.. But adding a female to the presenting team would ruin it for everybody. It is clear that this would happen.. just look at Fifth Gear!

You make a great point. It seems that some in government want to emulate all of the worst features of Europe. The proposed legislation is what could be the next phase of being PC. PC that pressures Americans into conforming on what color car you are allowed to own, speed limiters, GPS devices to track your movements to assess taxes.

Freedom of choice is disappearing and the liberty to do as you please is becoming at risk in the name of uniformity and control. If this trend continues the only people that will have choice and liberty will be the political class.

I don't believe that this should be legislated, but Jillian Barberie is just fine on Fox's NFL pregame and there have been plenty of women on the sidelines reporting. It is a matter of effective integration as opposed to being forced to do something.

Besides, would it be so bad if Clarkson was replaced with someone like Nadine Coyle or Kimberly Walsh?

Harriet Harman is a loser and a hippie. She needs to be slapped real hard. there r so many shows aimed at just the female crowd. so y is it wrong to have a show aimed at men? good thing they rnt getting rid of one the three presenters cuz they r the perfect trio for the job. AND i think adding a woman to the panel is just gonna ruin it. shes gonna have stupid views about stuff, half the jokes wont work, and they'll have to be politically correct with everything. thats gonna be lame as hell. Its just not gonna be the same.
