		<description>I agree that there needs to be an arbiter of this silly war of words.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are suggesting Clarkson, Mays or Hammond I would not find them to be impartial. The show is all about rivalry and I want to know what  fastest.</description>
