The slightly facelifted 2010 Audi Q7 has made its world premiere at the 2009 Shanghai Motor Show today. Look closely and you’ll see a slightly redesigned front end with new LED headlamps, chrome trims, new wheel designs and an updated front and rear bumper.

The U.S. will get a 3.6L FSI V6 and the 4.2L FSI V8 along with a V6 TDI clean-diesel which gets 25 mpg on the highway and over a 600 mile range. Sales will start later this month.
