According to official sources at Audi’s Ingolstadt headquarters, the A1 minicar and the Q3 compact (very-compact) crossover will arrive after that A3 sedan.

The next-generation lineup of the A3, which is set to be revealed at the end of 2010, will feature a sedan variant. Sources says that as far as design is concerned, the next-generations A3 Sedan will follow the theme of the A7 Sportback seen at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show.

No details on engine options have been revealed for the new A3 but we don’t expect many changes from the current powertrain lineup.
