2009 New York Preview: Mitsubishi Outlander GT Prototype Teased
Mitsubishi announced today that it will unveil the new Outlander GT Prototype next week at the 2009 New York Auto Show. The concept hints at the future production version of the Outlander which, as you can see from the blurry teaser, will feature Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution’s signature “Jet Fighter” grille.
Mitsubishi says that the Diamond white hue Outlander GT Prototype features a range of new technologies including an “Idle Neutral Logic system that automatically shifts the transmission into neutral during vehicle standstill, an improved performance and fuel economy from its more powerful 3.0-liter SOHC MIVEC V6 engine, and a Super-All-Wheel-Control System offering superior handling and control.”
