GM has released details on its GT1 Champion Edition Package for the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette. The new package, which pays homage to the success of the Corvette C6.R in the Le Mans and American Le Mans GT1, will go on sale later this spring.

Available for the Corvette Coupe 4LT, Convertible 4LT or Z06 3LZ, pricing for the package starts at $7,840. Chevy will only offer 100 packages for each body style to keep it exclusive.

    Well I suppose it looks better than the Competition Sport Package. I still doubt zermatt will like it.

    that looks very nice…it would be cool if the hood was transparent though…so you could see the engine bay
