Come one zermatt, you aught to expect by now that a car like this will never offer a manual transmission, as much as that sucks its true.

Although, starting at $37,995….. with options I can see this pricing out just near an Audi A6 with the supercharged engine. It will be more powerful than the Audi though… still, Ford needs to do some brand-image touching-up of the Taurus name if its going to get people really thinking “sport.”

But the car, and the range of the cars, is sound I think. Now the marketing team just needs to work as hard as (it sounds like) the engineers have.

The steering wheel is a little odd, but otherwise, the exterior looks good, and the rest of the interior looks good. Overrall a solid sounding car.

But could they get rid of the SHO name? All I can think of for SHO is redneck soccer moms and their inbred offspring.

Call it the “Taurus R” or something, jeez. Or better yet, call it a Mondeo

Fo SHO Fo SHO… sorry I couldn't help it. So Super High Output is now going green with EcoBoost. What's the mpg on this thing or is Ford too scared to reveal that right now?
