Infiniti teams up with Louis Vuitton for new concept debuting at Geneva

Infiniti has teamed up with French luxury brand Louis Vuitton for its new concept car that will be unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show.

Louis Vuitton will be creating a bespoke set of luggage for the concept car which will celebrate Infiniti’s 20 year history as a “performance car company.”

What kind of concept car will we be seeing from Infiniti in Geneva? Nissan is keeping that pretty hush-hush but we’ve heard rumors of a concept that hints at a future entry-level Infiniti model.

    Loius Vuitton has nothing to do with the auto industry and its image only appeals to materialistic women and gay men….maybe their new model will be a pink cabriolet with big LV print stamped all over it…OMG!! i like totally need one!

    Yeah bob, LV has everything to do with the auto industry. A company upsells the same car on a luxury platform (ie, honda-acura, nissan-infiniti) with luxe leathers and wood accents. That is LV and if you don't think that LV or any other italian fashion house or luxe brand plays a role in the auto industry, go to an auto show on press days and see who's really sponsoring everything.

    lol…my bad… I was mostly venting my feelings of these super luxury brands like LV, coach, prada, Fendi etc. … my wife “loves” these super luxury expensive brands (purses/bags) but the only reason is the brand name….so i guess there is a place for them in the auto industry.
