Warn your kids (or be careful yourself if you’re not a parent) Nick Hogan is back on the road… almost. Nick Hogan was supposed to be suspended from operating a vehicle for three years after his license was revoked last year following a tragic high-speed crash that left his friend permanently disabled.
According to ABC Action News, a Florida judge granted Hogan a business-purpose-only driving permit to go to and back from work.
Hogan served 166 days in Pinellas County Jail and was released on Oct. 21. His original sentence was for 8-months. Hogan was also given 5 years of probation and 500 hours of community service.
We doubt his friend will be getting in the car with him anytime soon.
