Porsche sales fell 14 percent in 6 months, looking to more production cuts
Porsche, whose fiscal year starts on Aug. 1, said today that sales fell 14 percent during the first six months due to the world economic crisis that have hurt demand. Sales fell a total of 27 percent to 34,000 units during the first six months of its fiscal year.

Saturn won’t offer a 2009 Astra, has enough 2008 models in stock
According to a Saturn spokesman Steve Janisse, General Motors will not be importing the Astra for the 2009 model year. Janisse said that General Motors has more than an adequate stock of the 2008 Astra and since there were no major changes for 2009, the company is content with not offering a 2009 model year.
