Wiesmann, a company founded in 1985 by the brothers Martin Wiesmann and Friedhelm Wiesmann, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a special-edition model badged the GT MF4-S. The ‘S’ designation will give the already powerful GT MF4 the E92 BMW M3′s 420-hp 4.0L V8.

The Wiesmann MF4-S will fit between the 367-hp Wiesmann GT MF4 and the 500-hp GTMF5. Buyers will have the choice of a 6-speed manual or a dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Wiesmann will offer only 30 units of the GT MF4-S which will be unveiled alongside the MF-4 Roadster at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show.
