Although the Chevrolet Camaro Convertible won’t be dropping its top anytime soon in the U.S., the convertible American muscle car was spotted in Australia just last week. Seeing the Chevrolet Camaro isn’t exactly a rare thing in Melbourne since GM’s Holden is doing all the majority of development work on the U.S. muscle car. Test mules are usually spotted all over town.

However, it was this Camaro Convertible which attracted a huge a crowd while it was undergoing testing last week – and that’s probably because GM has delayed any development on the right-hand-drive Camaros.

A U.S. bound Camaro Convertible is expected in 2011.
