Carlsson has released the details and pricing on its new SL CK63 RS which is based on the new 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL 63 AMG. Carlsson added some exterior upgrades including a new front bumper with mesh inserts for the air intakes, a new front spoiler, a rear diffuser. For all you matte-finish fans Carlsson is offering a new stealth titan graphite paint scheme along with five other exterior colors. The CK 63 RS sits on 20-inch wheels wrapped in high-performance Dunlop SP SportMaxx tires.

The V8 has been upgraded to produce a total of 600-hp with a maximum torque of 520 lb-ft. That allows the Carlsson SL CK63 RS to go from 0 to 62 mph in 4.1 seconds with a top speed of 202 mph. Other performance upgrades include a new electronic-lowering C-Tronic suspension, high-performance carbon composite braking system.

Pricing starts at a whopping €272,500 ($354,080 USD).
