Mercedes-Benz has just dropped a promotional video for the McLaren SLR Stirling Moss which will make its world debut at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show next month.

As reported earlier this morning, even though the McLaren SLR Stirling Moss will make its debut on U.S. soil, none of the 75 units of the limited-edition McLaren SLR will make it to the U.S. when it goes on sale next year.

Refresher: Powered by a 5.4L V8 Supercharged engine producing 650-hp. 0 to 62 mph comes in 3.5 seconds with a top speed of 217 mph.
