Obviously these guys didn't know how to run a company. They are holding a gun to the government and the hostages are the many UAW workers who are going to get hurt. Not Mr Wagoner and his bloody staff! I am glad my father is no longer around to see what has happened to his former employer. My heart goes out especially the retirees. All Rick should get out of this is a card board box to live in.
