Bob,Voter eligibility test – with you all the way!!!
The dumbest thing is congress (poiticians in general) gives 700 billion to bad banks with bad practises without batting an eyelid now an industry that supports directly and indirectly millions of manufacturing jobs in this country can't get 35 billion becasue they have corporate jets!
And D Young all of this money particularly the 700 billion or 2 trillion or whatever it now is should simply be given to the american peole

Give the money to the american people and let them bail the auto companies out by consumer spending, talk about stimulating the economy. I would rather take this as a loan for Americans not companies.

The entire country needs to reevaluate what the governments role is. The country is divided (mostly) because the majority of the population is so uninformed. I'll bet over half the people in this survey based their entire opinion of the big 3 flying in on private jets while not knowing anything about what they have done/not done in the last 25 years. Surveys like this serve no purpose because they lack a knowledgeable backing. The same problem happens with the election process where ignorant voters are allowed to vote. For this reason it is irrefutably important that a simple voter eligibility test is taken.
