Our friends at VOD Cars have gotten their hands on something very exclusive. You’re about to see 1:42:08, a senior project student film by George Lucas at the University of Southern California in 1966. The film is named after the lap time of the race that was the subject of this short movie.
The movie shows how wonderfully beautiful speed can be and was filmed with a 14 man student crew at Willow Springs Raceway in California.
Remember to check out VOD Cars YouTube Channel.
Check out the movie after the jump.
