If they are in need of a FOB (abr.) then they should not exist, this just shows how weak their plan is that they have to resort to this. Why would the feds know more about the Auto industry then the auto industry themsleves? Let them file chapter 11 and restructure everything (chapter 11 isnt a death sentance for them!)
