LA 2008 Live: Spyker C8 Laviolette LM85 stands out in the crowd

- • 400-hp 4.2 liter V8 engine from Audi.

Spyker has unveiled its new Spyker C8 Laviolette LM85 here at the 2008 LA Auto Show. The car is a limited-edition road-going version of the Spyker C8 Laviolette GT2R. The mid-engine two-seat sports car will only see a limited production of 24 units that will carry an aluminum chassis, side mirrors in body color, carbon fiber rear-spoiler, GT2 windscreen streamer, black powder coated alloy-wheels and AP Racing 6-piston brake calipers. Inside, Spyker added black leather and alcantra and it finished with orange stitching and black floor mats with the LM85 logo embroidered.
All 24 owners will receive a Spyker Chronoswiss 24H Pilot watch with an orange crocodile strap. The serial number of your LM85 will be engraved on the case of the watch.
