Broadspeed.com is offering customers an unusual or outstanding deal – depending on how you look at it. The car sales website is offering a ‘buy one, get one free’ offer on a new Dodge Avenger. If a customer purchases one Dodge Avenger SXT 2.4 sedan for the list price of one – they will get one free.

According to Broadspeed.com the Avenger SXT costs £18,255 ($28,572 USD); however, Chrysler dealers would work on a deal to knock off a significant chunk.

“Some manufacturers have got five to six months of unsold stock,” Broadspeed director Simon Empson told AutoCar. “The motor trade is beyond desperate – it’s in crisis.”

He said that import operations of Dodge in the UK ordered large numbers of the new car and now are struggling to get them off the lots.
