VW Super CC Performance Concept debuts at SEMA

Volkswagen showed its new Super CC Performance Concept at the 2008 SEMA Auto Show today. Volkswagen’s design team gave the CC a sleek exterior treatment with black chrome accents and gray pearl paint. The body kit consists of a new front and rear bumper, side panels and a motorized aluminum spoiler. Inside the Super Performance CC Concept gets black leather Recaro seats and matching floor mats with white piping.

Performance wise the 2.0L TI engine has been upgraded with a APR stage 3 turbocharger with three different performance levels. On Full Power mode the car produces 311-hp with a maximum torque of 313 lb-ft; GT mode makes 252-hp and 268 lb-ft; and the Eco mode produces 222-hp with a peak torque of 236 lb-ft. When in Eco mode, the Super CC Performance Concept gets an average fuel-economy of 33/27 mpg (city/highway).

Volkswagen also added 20-inch 10-spoke wheels, an H&R coil over sports suspension kit and 14-inch Brembo brakes with 4-piston aluminum alloy brake calipers and 355x32mm 2-piece floating cross drilled discs with Billet aluminum hats.
