Posted: Nov 03, 2008

We first saw the 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe at the 2008 New York Auto Show in March. It will now come to Las Vegas as a 2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP by GM Performance Parts.
The production 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe will be powered by a turbocharged 2.0L Ecotec 4-cylinder engine that will make 260-hp. However, GM Performance Parts added its Stage 2 performance kit and a performance air intake kit that will increase output to 290-hp. Performance will be enhanced with a new cat-back exhaust system and new suspension kit.
Pontiac has also added a Hydro Blue racing stripe along with blue stitching on the leather seats.
