You fools at egmcartech are lacking brains. This car is not the most neglected car, rather the most used/abused car in the world. Dubai is essentilay and island of paradise surrounded by desert. A car does not get like that by just sitting there. Its clear that the owner took it out on the desert flats and did some high speed runs.
