We don't know if he was avoiding a car or a pedestrian, if he was on his/her cell phone, if he punctured a tire, if someone hit him, if the roads were icy, if his/her tires were worn, etc, etc, etc.

I cannot make ANY judgement based on this video alone. This is a stupid article if you expect people to judge based on this video alone.

Let's just say it was an unfortunate case where the guy cannot drive responsibly. Maybe he should have taken some driving lessons offered by Audi before driving recklessly.

The more I think about it, the more that looks like a panicked amateur with a car beyond his skill level. Counter steering and applying the gas *may* have saved him, we'll never know.

One final note, Quattro has nothing to do with braking.

As a side note, in the winter (much like in heavy rain) with traction control disabled, you can easily get the car into those situations.
