18-year old Nick Hogan was released from Jail early Tuesday. The song of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan served 5-months after being convicted of felony reckless driving that left his friend John Graziano with severe head injuries that left him permanently disabled.

It is reported that Nick arrived home to his mom Linda’s house to a homecoming party with loud music and cops on the scene. Linda stepped out to answer a couple of questions from the media one which included: “Is it appropriate to throw a party when John Graziano is still in a vegetative state and does Nick really think he’s the victim in all this?”

We obviously hope that there was no massive ‘Welcome Home’ party. Father Hogan was no where to be seen.
