The only person who did this car an an injustice was the driver. Unless the rest of the story shows up on the Internet and we find out that the driver put his car and life at risk to keep from plowing into a herd of baby stroller pushing mammas, I doubt he was was in the right.
How exactly was the crowd supposed to get the car top up, without causing some additional damage?
