Don’t worry, we know that there is already a MINI crossover coming, but MINI has no plans to venture into the pickup segment anytime soon. But with vehicles like a Beetle pickup even being considered these days, we wouldn’t doubt it.

What MINI is doing is hanging out around the streets of the Sydney Motor Show, offering a free chauffer service for show goers and other busy individuals. During the week of the show, anyone can catch a free ride around the city in one of MINI’s Pick-Up fleet.

The service will run from Oct. 13 through Oct. 17. During the day the MINI Pick-Up fleet will travel commuter routes and by night it’ll hit up Sydney’s hotspots – bars and restaurants offering rides to those that are probably too drunk to drive.
