Why bother?

I mean by itself the design is pretty useless. BMW makes great cars and bikes, but away from the sedan styles (once they got rid of the 7 series trunk deck) they are totally out there; design for designs' sake. Anyway, just why do they even bother with a back window? Are you really supposed to be able to see out of it?

I don't get it. SUV style vehicles are on the way out and BMW is considering the introduction of yet another SUV in their line up? What next a pick up?

It seems to me that it would be better to have fewer SUVs and more cars.

I think I speak for just about everyone when I say that BMW has taken their X# vehicles way too far. These things just compete with themselves.
