Spies have caught the upcoming 2010 Audi RS5 undergoing high-speed testing at Germany’s Nurburgring almost 3 months before its 2009 Detroit Auto Show debut.

Even though Audi thinks the S4 is a perfect competitor to the BMW M3 and Mercedes C 63 AMG, we think the RS5 will do more justice with its 450-hp 4.2L V8. Sadly enough the Audi RS6 Sedan will not be making its way to the U.S.
