KTM’s orange/tangerine track car, known as the X-Bow, is headed our way. Actually let’s not get a head of ourselves. KTM has said that it is doing “whatever is possible to bring the car to the U.S.” The company has received more than 600 requests from interested customers in the U.S.

The KTM X-Bow car is, so far, expected to come to the U.S. as a street-legal car, contradicting earlier claims of being a track-only car.

The 240-hp Audi-powered X-Bow headed into production in June with first units being delivered to customers this month. KTM expects to deliver 500 units by the end of 2008.
