GM has released a batch of new images of the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1’s First Drive. We can’t get enough of the ZR1’s outstanding performance at an outstanding price of $103,000 - not to mention it’s probably one of the easiest supercars on the road to drive. The Corvette ZR1 lapped the Nurburgring in  7:26.4, better than the Nissan GT-R 7:29 time.

The 2009 Chevrolet Corvette is already in dealerships and is available with only two options including chrome wheels and a ‘luxury’ package.

Refresher: Power comes from a LS9 Supercharged 6.2 liter V8 engine producing 638-hp and 604 lb-ft of torque. The 0 to 60 mph sprint comes in at 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 205mph.
