Porsche is upgrading the warranty coverage for its certified pre-owned cars sold in the U.S. and Canada. The new warranty coverage will give used Porsche buyers 2-year or 50,000 limited warranty. It will also include the company’s 24-hour roadside assistance.

However Porsche says that buyers will be responsible for normal wear-and-tear such as break pads, wiper blades and other regular maintenance.

Any used Porsche that still has its new-car warranty will be able to add this new used-car limited warranty. Only cars in the certified pre-owned program apply.
