NBC unveiled the new Knight Rider KITT ‘Attack’ Mode on Friday outside the San Diego Convention Center at the ComiCon festival of science fiction. The new KITT Attack was designed by Harald Belker who also designed the original KITT seen in the February TV film.

Based once again on the GT500KR, the new KITT ‘Attack’ features aluminum disc whees, three hood tubes, wide fenders and Lamborghini styled scissor doors. The new rear wing also serves as an air brake when it is coming down from its fake top speed of 377mph.

Knight Rider will return as a series on September 24th, 2008 at 8pm.

That's just wrong. They should fire the designer and anyone who approved that.

In order for the bad guys to get away, all they need to do is have KITT follow them over some speed bumps.

    BRILLIANT!

That looks like something a few geeks threw together in a weekend with some spray paint, ply-wood, dustbin lids and some pipes. I'd be embarrassed to drive that.
