Well at least it’s not as scary as the GT-R SUV we say a couple of months ago. AutoJunk.nl , is displaying this rendering of Nissan GT-R convertible that will we’re sure will never see the light of day. Nissan’s CEO has previously shot down rumors that there will be a four-door version of the Nissan GT-R for the Infiniti brand since it would be heavier and would jeopardize performance.

So we highly doubt Nissan will ever consider taking the top off the GT-R since that will add weight and compromise the handling and rigidity of the car.

Nonetheless it’s fun to see what a Nissan GT-R convertible may look like.
