Yesterday we probably witnessed the most anticipated reveal of the year with the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro . However, one thing that you were probably left wondering is how much the new Camaro will cost. The 2010 Camaro LS, LT and SS will begin production on February 16th, 2009 with delivers scheduled to start in the middle of March.

GM has yet to announced pricing for the new Camaro but Cheryl Pilcher, product manager for the Camaro, says, "We know where Mustang is and we’re going to be competitive."

A V6 powered Mustang starts at $20,530 while the GT starts $27,220. While competitive may not mean cheaper, we’re guessing it means reasonable. The Camaro Convertible will arrive at least an year after the coupe hits dealerships as a 2011 model.

Good thing about the price. I had been wondering if it was going to be price out of its segment.
