GM launches ‘Kiss My Astra’ by having Lutz make out with it

What better way to promote a contest than by having your vice chairman making out with the company model? GM is launching the Saturn "Kiss My Astra" contest with a chance to win a 138-hp 2008 Saturn Astra XR five-door hatchback. To promote the contest GM has release two photos of Lutz making out with an Astra outside GM’s headquarters.

Anyone wishing to participate in the contest, has to upload a photo of them kissing any Astra model at I M Saturn . The photos will than be judged in September by the ‘online Saturn community.’

    I am not sure how pictures of a 70 year old man kissing a car is supposed to promote anything. My question is, if the contest is for a 5-door then why is the old man kissing a 3-door? Is he confused or does it just have a sexier Asstra?
