These renderings of the 2010 Porsche Cayman S and the 2010 Porsche Boxster S popped up on Cayman Club earlier this morning and according to Jalopnik’s internal sources, the renderings are an ‘authentic representation’ of the two new models.

The 2010 Cayman S will produce 320-hp with a peak torque of 273 lb-ft while the 2010 Boxster S will hit 310-hp. Increased power and torque comes courtesy of the new DFI technology for the S-models. The new PDK double-clutch 7-speed automatic gearbox will be available as an option allowing for faster shifts than a manual with paddle-shifting.

Both models will arrive in showrooms in 2009 with a price tag slightly above the current models (Cayman S – $59,100 and Boxster S – $55,700).

I am glad they avoided the fried egg headlights. The Cayman is just awesome, espcially in something other than red or silver.
