If Ford could consolidate similar platforms like Expedition and F-150's then, maybe they could split production runs. Only produce expeditions the 1st half of the year and then F-series the 2nd half. It you cut down on how many plants are required to make the F-series and would still allow an extensive model line up. Aug 25th sounds like the next model year.
