Hartge gives the BMW X6 diesels 40 more horsepower

Hartge BMW X6

The first tuned BMW X6 is here. BMW tuning house Hartge left the exterior of the X6 largely untouched besides the 22-inch alloy wheels, carbon fiber casing for the side view-mirrors, a roof spoiler and Hartge emblems on the hood and trunk lid.

Power upgrades have been made possible with ECU calibration. The 3.0L diesel xDrive30d now produces an extra 40-hp for a total of 275 while the 3.0 Diesel twin-turbo xDrive35d gets an extra 42-hp for a total of 328.

Unfortunately no power upgrades are being offered for the xDrive35i or the xDrive50i, of course for the latter it may be quite unnecessary.
