Thats because employee pricing will then have to resume when the all new 2009 model arrives. Ford is just going to have to face facts that the #1 seller is not going to be a large gas guzzling truck anymore. If Ford wants that top spot back, they will have to bring in a modern day version of the Escort (that was #1 in its heyday). Ford will do just fine if they keep bringing things like the Kuga and Fiesta stateside.
