The V12, 860 horsepower Ferrari FXX Evoluzione is only supposed to be a track car. In fact, the FXX is a prototype designed exclusively for track driving as part of a R&D program agreed with a selected group of just over 20 clients.

So what’s this Ferrari FXX doing out on the road? Not only that, this picture was taken outside the rear gate of Ferrari’s Maranello which has seen previously seen a number of prototypes for road testing purposes.

There seems to be no modification that we can see through the camouflage, so we’re not exactly sure what this is. Who knows – it could be a prototype for the next Enzo?
