Chrysler just kicked off the production of the much anticipated 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 and already the car is turning heads and causing trouble due to its good looks and striking presence.
Chrysler Canada’s CEO Reid Bigland recently drove the car through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and attracted the attention of three U.S. customs officials; but not in a bad way of course.
“They checked out everything but my ID,” Bigland said. “There was about an hour delay behind me by the time I left.”
Dodge has sold out its production run for the 2008 model year of the SRT8 which was priced at $37,995.
