The Porsche world is rife with numberous complaints, lawsuits and general ill will toward this company. <br><br>Their customer "service" is horrific. they routinely promise resolution of different customer service (poor quality products, broken cars, CELs, huge shipping delays) issues, but then hide, don't return phone calls or emails.<br><br>Anybody who knowingly writes an article about 9ff without knowledge of their "corporate" practices (5 full time staff, including the owners wife) certainly hasn't done their due diligence in researching the company. <br><br>Just search 9ff on any of the porsche boards/forums out there to see the real deal...<br><br>Oh yeah, the owner Jan Fatthauer is the biggest thief and liar the world has ever known... ummm thats because 9ff is a complete BULL@#$% company.
