After being away for 20 years from the racing world, ALPINA will return to motorsports for the first time in the 2009 FIA GT3 European Championship with their new B6 GT3.

ALPINA track history consists of well-known F1 and Touring Car drivers such as Niki Lauda, Jacky Ickx, Hans Stuck and Dieter Quester who won the European Touring Car Championship three times. ALPINA also won the Nurburgring 24 Hours numerous times along with the 24 Hours of Spa in 1970.

The BMW APLINA B6 GT3 is powered by a supercharged 4.4 liter V8 engine  that produces 530-hp and 535 lb-ft of torque. That’s the same engine that it uses in the B6 S.
