Manufacturers round up and down as they deem fit for the sake of marketing. Anyhow, not the most exciting car review video ever and it reminds me of watching Car and Driver's boring, send you to sleep video reviews, though this does have more dramatic music and no conclusion on what the presenter preferred at the end of the day.
