Our friends over at WorldCarFans have caught the upcoming Aston Martin Rapide making rounds at the Nurburgring with an addition of a panoramic glass roof stretching from the top of the windscreen to the top of the rear window.

Power is expected to come from a 6.0L V12 engine producing in the excess of 500 horsepower. 0-60 is said to come under 5 seconds with a top speed limited to 180mph. Sources say that the production model will arrive in dealerships in 2009. An auto show debut is expected later this year in Paris.
