We were pretty pissed off when Maserati was a no show at the 2008 New York Auto Show since we were waiting to sit in the new GranTurismo S. We were pretty eager to bring you guys live shots of the sexy new Maserati but you can blame the Italians for that.

Anyway, we got a video of the GranTurismo S from Maserati giving you a chance to get up-close-and-personal with the car and to see it in action.

Refresher: 4.7 liter V8 engine producing 440 horsepower, mated with an electro-actuated gearbox with fast MC-Shift. The GranTurismo S comes with high-performance Brembo bakes as first introduced on the Quattroporte Sport GT S.
