Saab has already confirmed the production version of the 9-4X concept, but its Cadillac sibling still remains a top secret. Our friends over at WorldCarFans have got the latest info and spy shots of the car undergoing testing.
Sharing the same Theta-Epsilon platform as the 9-4X, the yet to be named (Provoq and BRX are the top picks) Cadillac CUV is expected begin production in early 2009 at GM’s Ramos Arizpe plant with 75,000 units annually.
Power is expected to come from a 3.6 liter V6 engine producing 300hp. A 2.0 liter diesel is also expected along with a lithium-ion hybrid to follow.
